Zeroboard and Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. begin collaboration to support business strategy formulation, including TCFD disclosure compliance
Zeroboard Inc.(Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Michitaka Tokeiji; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that it will begin collaborating with Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Satoshi Hijikata; hereinafter referred to as "Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. ") to support companies in their efforts to achieve carbon-free management and local governments in their efforts to achieve zero- Zeroboard cities. This will be based on the use of " zeroboard ," a cloud Service developed and News by the Company to calculate and visualize GHG (greenhouse gas) emission amount .
In this initiative, Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. will support the introduction of "zeroboard" to companies and local governments and promote the calculation of GHG emission amount. Through the provision of "zeroboard ," we will help companies calculate and visualize GHG emission amount from their own activity ( Scope 1 and 2) as well as GHG emission amount from supply chains other than their own (Scope 3). Based on the information obtained through calculation, Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. will provide specific advice on information disclosure and management strategy, including support for information disclosure in accordance with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD*1), CDPs *2 responses, and value creation story development, in which we have a proven track record. By combining this with the calculation Service of " zeroboard ," we will be able to provide comprehensive consulting Service, such as support for formulating management strategies related to decarbonization, all in one Top.
