Tomoni Holdings Group begins selling "zeroboard" to support carbon-free management
Zeroboard Inc.(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Michitaka Tokeiji; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that Tokushima Taisho Bank, Company(CEO and CEO: Toyohiko Bando) and Kagawa Bank, Company(President and CEO: Michio Yamada), subsidiaries of Tomoni Holdings Co., The Kagawa Bank,Ltd. (President and CEO: Takeshi Nakamura; hereinafter News to as " Zeroboard "), will begin handling " zeroboard ," a cloud Service developed by the Company for calculating and visualizing GHG (greenhouse gas) emission amount .
In this initiative, Tokushima Taisho Bank and Kagawa Bank will support their client companies in introducing "zeroboard" to help them calculate their GHG emission amount, with the aim of supporting decarbonized management. Through "zeroboard ," we will calculate and visualize GHG emission amount from our own activity ( Scope 1 and 2), as well as GHG emission amount from supply chains other than our own (Scope 3). In this way, the two companies will jointly support decarbonized management for companies.
As interest in ESG grows and the sustainable finance market expands, it is said that disclosure of GHG emission amount will also affect companies' capital costs in the future. By supporting the calculation and disclosure of GHG emission amount , which is part of the E ( Environment ) in ESG, we will contribute to the realization of carbon-neutral management for companies and carbon neutrality for local communities.
"zeroboard " is a cloud Service that allows you to calculate and visualize GHG emission amount , such as emission amount , from corporate activity and their supply chains based on the GHG Protocol*1, and the validity of the system has been guaranteed by international inspection and certification organizations (verification in accordance with ISO14064-3*2).

Scope 1: Direct GHG emissions from our own business activity
Scope 2: Indirect GHG emissions generated through the use of electricity, heat, and steam supplied by other companies
Scope 3: GHG emissions in the supply chain related to business activity other than those mentioned above
