Zeroboard Inc.(Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Michitaka Tokeiji; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), a company that supports corporate sustainability management, concluded a partnership agreement with Climate Innovation Consulting & Services KLINOVA JSC (Headquarters: Hanoi, Vietnam; hereinafter referred to as "KLINOVA JSC") on April 17, 2026, with the aim of supporting decarbonization in Vietnam. This agreement is part of the Company's efforts to expand Solution Partners in the decarbonization field, which it has been promoting since its founding.

However, many local companies and companies operating in Vietnam face Issue in calculating GHG emission amount , disclosing sustainability information, and complying with various regulations.
Against this backdrop, KLINOVA JSC, with whom we have now formed a partnership, is a consulting firm specializing in green growth and sustainable development. They have a proven track record of providing support in a wide range of areas, including sustainable finance, Energy transition, carbon credits, GHG inventories, life cycle assessments (LCA), and ESG report development, and their strengths lie in their deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and their ability to implement solutions locally.
This partnership will combine our "Zeroboard" solution with KLINOVA JSC's expertise and know-how to provide more effective support. Specifically, both companies will work closely together, from understanding local needs to supporting the implementation and operation of "Zeroboard," providing information sharing and learning opportunities for client companies, and providing information on calculation, regulations, and disclosure. We will also actively work to promote understanding of sustainability measures throughout the Vietnamese market.
