Zeroboard Establishes Natural Capital Study Group in Anticipation of TNFD Disclosure

Conducting research activity related to nature positivity and natural capital with 10 participating companies

Zeroboard Inc.(Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Michitaka Tokeiji, hereinafter referred to as "our company"), which supports corporate sustainability management, is pleased to announce that it has established the Natural Capital Study TNFD(hereinafter News to as "the Study Group") with 10 companies with the aim of sharing information and conducting joint research on the conservation and sustainable use of natural capital, including TNFD (*). The Study Group completed all four meetings for this fiscal year on January 22, 2025. Following expert review, the Study Group plans to publish a report on its findings.

Background and purpose of establishing the study group

We launched Zero Board Research Institute in August 2023 with the aim of becoming a "future-oriented think tank" that provides insight into the increasingly uncertain social and economic Issue facing Japan and the world, and proposes and disseminates Issue based on Zeroboard judgment.

Since its launch, members with expertise and practical experience in a wide range of fields have been providing various solutions and insights with an eye to the future of society. Against this background, members of Zeroboard Research Institute, which conducts research on natural capital, established this study group in October 2024. The study group has been working with 10 participating companies, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of natural capital and acquire practical knowledge through activity by experts and group work.
