Zeroboard signs business partnership agreement with SUMITOMO CORPORATION to support decarbonized management

~ " zeroboard " adopted for "GX CONCIERGE", a GX management Service developed by SUMITOMO CORPORATION ~

Zeroboard Inc. ( Zeroboard -ku, Tokyo; CEO: Michitaka Tokeiji ; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which develops and provides the GHG (greenhouse gas) emission amount calculation and visualization cloud Service"zeroboard ," has entered into a business partnership agreement with SUMITOMO CORPORATION(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO Director, President and CEO: Masayuki Hyodo; hereinafter referred to as "SUMITOMO CORPORATION") to sell and develop "zeroboard" to support companies in their decarbonization efforts.

As the movement towards decarbonization accelerates globally, listed companies will be required to disclose climate-related financial information (risk and opportunity analysis, GHG emission amount indicators, etc.) alongside their financial statements. In addition, small and medium-sized enterprises will also be required to understand their own GHG emission amount due to requests from business partners and Financial Institution . Our " zeroboard " not only provides advanced Issue such as understanding GHG emission amount across the entire supply chain and emission amount by product and Service , but also supports expanding the base of companies embarking on decarbonization management by offering a low-priced entry model.

Through this partnership, SUMITOMO CORPORATION , one of Japan's largest Trading company , will leverage its network to jointly calculate and visualize GHG emission amount through the sale of " zeroboard ," and provide decarbonization solutions based on the SUMITOMO CORPORATION data and any Issue that arise.
As a first step, SUMITOMO CORPORATION will adopt " zeroboard " as one of the GHG emission amount visualization Service in its GX management Service "GX CONCIERGE." For companies that have Issue and don't know where to start, the company will provide accompanying support for decarbonization management, from visualizing to reducing GHG emission amount.
Furthermore, on Thursday, September 1, 2022, Zero Board and Sumitomo SUMITOMO CORPORATION will also jointly exhibit at the "Otemachi Lab Fest! #1 - A Day to Think Green," a joint Events hosted by three labs based in Otemachi, Tokyo, including MIRAI LAB SUMITOMO CORPORATION , operated by Zeroboard location ( InspiredLab , 3x3Lab Future , and MIRAI LAB PALETTE).
