Natural Capital Study Group FY2024 Results Presentation - "TNFD Disclosures Appropriate for Your Company" Proposals Based on Discussions and Joint Research with 10 Companies -

The Natural Capital Study Group's 2024 results presentation, hosted by Zeroboard Research Institute, will be held online.

The Natural Capital Study Group is a platform for learning, researching, and acting together with the aim of preserving and sustainable use of natural capital, which underpins our future. In fiscal year 2024, the group's launch year, activity with 10 companies seeking to promote natural capital initiatives, through lectures by experts, group work, and joint research, with the aim of helping participants understand the importance of natural capital and gain practical knowledge. As a result of these activity, we will be announcing our recommendations for "TNFD disclosure appropriate for your company."

    Masako Ishimori

    He has 16 years of experience in sustainability management, including environmental audits, the Container Recycling Law, CFP calculations in the Manufacturing /technology sector, ESG information disclosure and evaluation responses in the corporate sector, materiality identification, and human rights policy formulation. He joined Zeroboard in December 2022. He is responsible for ESG management advisory and research on natural capital information disclosure. He completed the Master's program at Meiji University Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences, with a Master's degree in Agriculture.

    Mizuki Nabeshima

    Since 2017, he has been working for an environmental NGO, where he is responsible for Education and outreach, membership management, finance and accounting, general affairs, etc. After working in accounting and labor at a venture company and as a tax accountant assistant at a tax accountant's office, he joined Zeroboard in October 2023. He is in charge of research into natural capital information disclosure. He graduated from the College of Biological Resources, School of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba (Forest Ecology).

    Keiichiro Fujiwara

    He has worked in the Manufacturing/technology/headquarters department, developing production equipment, EMS, and waste management. In the corporate department, he has been involved in environmental work for 18 years, including supporting raw material production areas in obtaining Rainforest Alliance certification, conducting vineyard ecosystem surveys, using 100% FSC-certified paper for containers and packaging, responding to ESG issues such as CDPs, TCFD, and TNFD, and serving as a member of government review committees. From September 2024, he will be responsible for natural capital information disclosure research as a visiting researcher at Zeroboard. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering, Ritsumeikan University.
